KPV

KPV is a tripeptide composed of the amino acids lysine (K), proline (P), and valine (V). It is derived from the C-terminal sequence of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH) and is recognized for its significant anti-inflammatory properties. KPV has garnered attention in research for its ability to modulate inflammation, exhibit antimicrobial effects, and protect gut integrity, all while avoiding the pigmentation effects associated with the full alpha-MSH peptide.
