Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) typically ship the same business day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are usually processed the following business day
• Processing times may be extended during high order volume periods
• Customers will be notified if significant fulfillment delays occur
• All shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates


Shipping Carrier & Method

All orders are shipped using USPS Ground shipping services unless otherwise specified during checkout.

• Shipping services are limited to areas supported by USPS
• Carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or operational disruptions are outside of our control


Tracking Information

Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout once a shipping label is generated.

• Tracking updates may take time to appear within the carrier’s system
• Temporary tracking delays do not indicate shipment failure


Estimated Transit Times

Typical USPS Ground transit times are 2–5 business days for most United States destinations.

• Transit times may vary based on location and carrier conditions
• Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed


Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Shipments

If a shipment meets one of the following conditions, it may qualify for replacement shipment or refund following investigation:

• No tracking movement for 7 consecutive days
• Shipment remains in transit longer than 15 business days after shipment confirmation

Replacement or refund eligibility is determined at our sole discretion following carrier investigation results. Customers must contact support to initiate shipment investigations.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

• Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed
• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment


Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

Orders may be subject to verification or cancellation if fraud risk indicators are detected.

• We reserve the right to delay shipment, request additional verification, or cancel high-risk orders


Responsibility After Delivery

Once tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

• Customers should ensure secure delivery locations
• We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier


Shipping Availability

We currently ship within serviceable areas supported by USPS domestic shipping services. Certain destinations may experience extended delivery timeframes.
