Overview
At Exceed Enhancement, we strive to provide high-quality research-grade peptides, amino acids, and other compounds. All products are intended strictly for research purposes only and are not for human consumption. Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited refund policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- An incorrect product was sent.
- Product received is materially different from what was described on the website.
Refunds are not provided for changes of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or any product used in research prior to reporting the issue.
Requesting a Refund
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, contact us immediately at ExceedShop@proton.me within 48 hours of receiving the order. Include your order number, product name, and a detailed description of the issue. Supporting photos or documentation may be requested.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, we may require the return of the product or photographic evidence before issuing a refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method whenever possible. Cryptocurrency refunds may be processed to the wallet used for payment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the item was damaged during transit. You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon with our support team.
Order Cancellation
Orders not paid within 24 hours will be automatically canceled and deleted from our system. Customers are encouraged to complete payment promptly to avoid cancellation.
