At Exceed Enhancement, we believe transparency isn’t just a claim — it’s something that should be provable.
Our Customer Testing Reimbursement Program gives you the ability to independently verify any product you purchase
from us at an accredited third-party analytical laboratory, with the cost of testing covered by us in the form of store credit.

We stand behind every batch we produce. This program exists because we believe you should never have to take our word for it.

Program Overview

Customers who purchase any product from Exceed Enhancement may submit that product to an approved third-party analytical
testing laboratory for independent verification of mass, purity, and sterility. Upon completion of testing,
Exceed Enhancement will reimburse the associated laboratory costs as store credit, subject to the terms outlined below.

What’s Covered

This program covers the cost of the following analytical tests:

  • Mass Verification — Gravimetric analysis confirming the stated weight or quantity of active compound.
  • Purity Analysis — HPLC or equivalent chromatographic analysis confirming compound purity percentage.
  • Sterility Testing — Microbiological testing confirming the absence of harmful contaminants (USP <71> or equivalent standard).

Testing costs for analyses outside of these three categories are not covered under this program.

Eligibility Requirements

  • The product being tested must have been purchased directly from exceedenhancement.com within the last 14 days.
  • Intent to test must be declared to Exceed Enhancement after purchase and before testing begins.
    Customers who submit for reimbursement without prior notification will not be eligible.
    To maintain testing integrity, Exceed Enhancement DOES NOT need to be notified prior to purchasing.
    This step exists to confirm your eligibility, verify the product batch, and prevent duplicate testing of the same batch.
  • Only one (1) third-party test per product batch is covered under this program.
    If a test for your batch has already been claimed and is in progress, we will notify you at the time of your intent submission.
  • Testing must be performed at an Exceed Enhancement-approved laboratory. See the Approved Laboratories section below.
  • Results must either name “Exceed Enhancement Customer Testing” as the client, or as the manufacturer (depending on your selected labs report format)

Approved Laboratories

To ensure consistency and credibility of results, testing must be conducted at a laboratory approved by Exceed Enhancement.
Approved labs are accredited analytical facilities capable of performing HPLC-based purity analysis, gravimetric mass verification,
and USP-compliant sterility testing.

A current list of approved laboratories is available upon request.
Please contact us before selecting a lab to confirm it is on our approved list. Tests submitted from non-approved
laboratories will not be eligible for reimbursement.

How to Participate — Step by Step

  1. Purchase your product from exceedenhancement.com and receive your order.
  2. Submit your intent to test by contacting us at
    Info@exceedenhancement.com
    with your order number, the product name, and the batch/cap color you intend to test, as well as which analytical lab you decide to utilize.
    Do not send your sample before receiving confirmation from us.
  3. Receive confirmation from our team that your submission is eligible and the batch slot is available.
    We will also confirm your approved laboratory selection at this stage.
  4. Send your sample in its original, unmodified packaging to your approved laboratory and complete the requested analyses (mass, purity, and/or sterility).
  5. Submit your results — once testing is complete, email us your laboratory invoice and the completed test report.
  6. Receive your store credit — upon review and verification of your submission, store credit will be applied to your Exceed Enhancement account.

Reimbursement Details

  • Reimbursement is issued exclusively as Exceed Enhancement store credit. Cash or payment reversals are not available under this program.
  • Store credit will be applied to your account following review of your submitted invoice and lab report.
  • Reimbursement covers reasonable and standard laboratory fees for the covered test types.
  • Exceed Enhancement reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the authenticity of a submission.

Publication of Results

Exceed Enhancement may, at its discretion, publish third-party test results on its website or marketing materials
to further demonstrate product quality. Customers should be mindful of any personally identifiable information they provide on the test reports submitted.

Program Integrity

This program is designed for customers who genuinely want to verify the quality of their purchase.
Fraudulent submissions, manipulation of test samples, or abuse of the program will result in permanent disqualification
from the program and may result in account termination. Exceed Enhancement reserves the right to deny reimbursement
for any submission that does not meet the terms of this policy.
